LANE SELF
        
SENIOR PASTOR

Lane and his family came to Dyer in July 2019.  He is originally from Mannford, Oklahoma and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.  While there he met his wife Rachel, who grew up in West Tennessee.  They were married in May 2012 and moved back to West Tennessee in 2014.  They have three sons: Nathanael, Joshua, and Jude.

STEPHEN LACY
     
 ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Stephen and his family came to Dyer in January 2022 to serve as the Associate Pastor. In the past 10 years, he has served on staff at churches in Tennessee, Illinois, and Missouri, but Stephen calls west TN home. He is studying courses online through the Master's Seminary. Stephen and his wife Kelsey met in Martin, TN through a college ministry and were  married in May of 2013. They have 4 children, Eli, Solomon, Isaac, and Nora-Joy.

KATHY CLEMENTS

Kathy Clements came to FBC Dyer in February 2022.  She is a lifelong resident of Newbern and attends Newbern First Baptist Church.  She was married to Larry Clements for 41 years before his death in 2011.  She has three children and 6 grandchildren. She has previously worked with preschoolers in Sunday School for 35 years and has served on many committees at her church.  She now volunteers in the Video Booth and serving with the Naomi Ministry at her church. She conducts a GriefShare class each Tuesday night at 6:00 pm at the Three Oaks Chapel in Dyersburg, Tn. She has gone on Mission trips to Michigan, Guatemala & Waverly, TN.  Kathy has a heart for serving others and feels blessed to work in this position at Dyer First Baptist Church.

MICHAEL LANDRUM
 
 GROUNDSKEEPER / CUSTIODIAN

Michael has taken care of the maintenance, custodial and groundkeeping of our church since September 2022. Born and raised in Dyer, he has attended FBC for over 50 years serving as a deacon, Sunday school teacher, praise team member, as well as on various committees. He and his wife Julie have four children and four grandchildren. His love for the outdoors includes hobbies such as hunting, fishing, gardening, riding his motorcycle and spending lots of time with his family. Michael’s passion is his ministry for serving the lord through helping others and taking care of the Lord’s House.
